• Remove the sole patch from its protective packaging
• Hold it with the label side facing down toward the adhesive sheet
• Carefully place the sole patch in the centre of the adhesive sheet either lengthwise or sideways
• Remove the remaining portion of backing paper and press the patch firmly to the adhesive
• Apply the sole patch to the area of the sole (either front, middle or end part) you wish to put on
• Press gently to ensure the patch is secure
• Now repeat the process for the other foot
• Once the application is complete on both feet, go to bed as normal
• Sole Patches should be left in place for eight hours or until the patches become discoloured and/or damp
• At the morning, remove the used patches and discard, thoroughly cleanse the feet
